My Portfolio: English Reading Strategies
This is the first lesson of English Reading Strategies. There are 34 students majoring in English. They are the first year students. Before I started the teaching, I asked the students to organise the classroom in two semi-circles. After that I gave them the introduction to the course and asked them to complete a reading strategies survey. At the end of the class I showed them the slides of healthy and unhealthy food. I could observe that they enjoyed the activities although they seemed worried about this course.
